COO Seeking
Upon funding we will immediately seek to replace our interim COO. The COO will be responsible for the company's day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. This person will be the "face" of our company, which will require excellent public speaking and presentation skills. The candidate will, ideally, have at least 15 years of experience, with 5 in an executive level position, such as general manager or vice president. Most importantly, will be the accompanying contacts and experience in the healthcare and/or insurance industry, preferably in the software arena.
VP of Sales Seeking
Our success will ultimately depend on the successful planning and execution of our sales strategy. We have identified our prospect in the insurance, government and EMR industries. This requires less marketing effort and greater emphasis on our sales abilities. Like the COO, the Sales VP will possess contacts and experience in the healthcare and/or insurance industry, preferably in the software arena.
Medical Advisory Committee
Our advisory committee consists of 10 board certified physicians representing seven specialties. The complexion of this group varies from time to time depending upon our needs. Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurses and Nurse Practitioners have reviewed and contributed to our proprietary algorithms.
